DO YOU OFFER TENT SETUP AND TAKEDOWN?

We sure do!! In fact, we insist on setting up and taking down all of our tents… that way we can be sure your tent is safe and secure for the duration of your event.

WHAT IS THE LARGEST PARTY SIZE YOU CAN ACCOMMODATE?

Our tent capacity depends largely on the type of party you are planning and your table layout. For larger events, we offer special pricing for multiple tent packages. Please note that in the rental form for accurate pricing.

CAN WE RENT-THIS-TENT FOR ANY DAY OF THE WEEK?

Our party tents are available for use on any day of the week. Please fill out our rental form and we will let you know if we can fit you in our calendar!

WHAT TIME DO YOU DELIVER?

Delivery and set-up times are flexible based on the needs of your event. Generally speaking, tents are set up on the day before your event and taken down the day after.

We will call/text approximately 1 week prior to your event to confirm delivery and pick-up times.

DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?

There is no additional delivery charge for rentals within the Frewsburg School District and Russell, PA.

Rentals outside of this area are charged based on the distance traveled.

WILL YOU SET UP ON BLACKTOP?

Sorry, no … At this time, we only stake up our tents on soft surfaces.

CAN TENTS BE SET UP WITHOUT STAKES?

At this time, we do not offer dead-weighting to secure tents in locations where stakes cannot be used.

DO YOU RENT TABLES & CHAIRS?

We have a limited number of 6’ folding banquet tables. Chairs? Maybe someday … but not today. Right now, we only have party tents for our customers. We do, however, partner with some pretty great local businesses and are happy to make a referral for tables and chairs.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRICES?

All estimates are customized to the needs and location of your party. To request an estimate, please fill out our rental form and we will follow-up with pricing / availability.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?

We offer special rental rates for non-profits and charity events within our standard service area. Please make note of this on the rental form.

Because our annual operating expenses include insurance premiums and ongoing maintenance, we do not offer free tents to any organization at this time.
